i am sorry to ask this again on this service but i still did not get to chat to your team and find it very frustrating and difficult to contact you

i have made many call back requests in the rain app
i am trying to cancel my rain service since Friday within the rain app with no success
want to cancel it within the 7 day grace period
i need to cancel this service immediately

please assist me with this matter

Still no call back support from Rain
And today i have received an email from rain that my plan was activated

Today is 1 week exactly that i am trying to cancel this service
