I made a payment through their website but they still suspended my service anyway, I called their customer service number several times but it just disconnected each time you select the option to a consultant , when I could eventually call reach them they said they Can’t assist me because it a weekend ans I should wait till Monday , now I’ve paid for a service but I can’t use it
