I just wanted to take a moment to send a heartfelt compliment for the amazing service I received yesterday. After 6 months of calling and sending WhatsApp messages trying to get assistance with connecting my router to my TV,with no success. I was honestly very frustrated. Yesterday, I was assisted by Dally, and what a refreshing experience it was! She was calm, patient, and incredibly friendly. She stayed on the line with me for a long time and made sure everything was sorted out properly. Thanks to her, my family can finally enjoy Netflix 😊 In the past, my experiences with Rain agents felt very robotic and, unfortunately, often unhelpful or even rude. But Dally was completely different I could tell I was speaking to a real person who genuinely understood my frustrations and was eager to help. Dally truly knows her job and went above and beyond. Girl, you deserve 1000/10! Thank you again for such excellent service.
