I just want to take a moment to thank Rain for the exceptional service I received. I was assisted by a lady called Zintle while I was ordering my Router today, and honestly, I don’t even have the words to describe the level of amazingness she brought to the experience. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism were out of this world. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely goes above and beyond, but she did exactly that.
