I just want to cancel

Very bizarre that I haven’t had stable network on my rain router since Saturday. I have spoken to 4 agents the first who tried to convince me that I don’t have Wi-Fi because my router is inside (where it has been for 4 years). The agent is just spoke to then told me all the towers in my area are down and I said okay when will it be fixed then did complete roundabout where she spoke about plugging the router in and out again. If the towers are down what difference does that make I so wonder.

Now I’m facing the true hell of trying to cancel my Wi-Fi subscription with Rain and the agent refused to give me any more details or let me speak to anyone besides her and just said “it’s cancelled.
