I just want to cancel

I just want to cancel ive been trying to cancel for the last 2 months and instead your just billing me. I'm refusing to pay becuase i dont want it. I want to cancel. I've unplugged it even please ive moved i no longer want to have all the issues with rain anymore I want to cancel

Wow contacted me today......
And i brought up the matter that I have been wanting to cancel this intire time!!! So now I hear a bill of 1900... For what... I've been canceling with y'all the whole time my machine has been pluged out in it's box... You tell me you bill even if the service isn't running ive messaged on this platform in June and now!? .....
