I just want my money from Rain.

Rain keeps sending me emails and text messages of how I need to make a "payment to avoid limited access" for a subscription I long time cancelled I have had to much back and forth contact with them but no one seems to give me clarity. All they keep sending me is reference number ***8 and ***4 all I want from them is to refund me my money that they debited out of my account after I have canceled their subscription numerous times.
