Rain is possibly the worst ISP in South Africa. The most slimy of billing systems ever known to man, and they can be so sure I owe them even with the POPs provided, I sit now without LTE.

Not a care in the world if you need internet or not. We must pay the price because of their own system failures.

I am being billed earlier than I should be. Today, my internet has been cut. At this point, I just want help cancelling. I'm not paying a single cent to this ******* ISP, making a fool out of me for the last time. Imagine spending the whole festive season begging for connectivity now.

Send these tickets to a manager then to a developer to verify my claims once you confirm that I was billed incorrectly and prematurely. PLEASE CANCEL MY ACCOUNT immediately. The reliability of this company is ridiculously ******* I can rely on them to not supply me what I pay for.
