I just received the best service from Dylan Thasigadu. I was unable to complete my order on the Rain website and within an hour I received a call from Dylan and we got everything sorted out. He even suggested different ways to help me get the product delivered to me with ease. He was so patient even when I had put him on hold twice and did not seem annoyed at all.
