I joined Rain and had a problem getting my fone and tablet to stop disconnecting, so with the setup they send automatic sms notifications. With me not being able to get onto the internet long enouthg to log a complaint, I decided to sms them, not thinking they would even answer. To my surprise Sinovuyo Mpukane called me back and explained what I needed to do. As I was called back unexpectedly I wasn't ready to make those changes but was able to do them later that night. He was very helpful, understanding and also let me explain on how I still need to get my laptop on it, it's an old one and he said he would call me back. I have no doubt he will call back. My experience was ver nice with rain so far. Thank you.
