I initially gave rain an excellent review based on the sales service, but there after sales service is terrible!! I sent them 3 emails and no one bothered to call nor reply since the 24th October they said I would receive my router in 2-5 days now CCD courier says they will deliver on the 3rd November which is not what I was told at sales stage. I'm actually very disappointed that this is the after math of being a client of there's they should have just told me that after my first installment 2-5days from there I will receive my product because basically I was miss lead. I'm very disappointed now I can only wonder the quality of service I will receive should that router give me problems:-(
