I have upgraded my account from 25speed too a 50speed standard home 5g for R599 am month from the rain app where they had a promotion from R699 a month too R599 a month 2 months ago and they still charge me R699 when a phone rain about issue they tell me there was not such thing with this promotion but it was on they app and I still have prove off this when you phone rain you wait for you call too be answered 10 - 20 mins before you reach a agent when I told them about this they tell me there is no such thing and will get back too me and now they debit my account again for R699 this is *********** people the whole rain operating team is useless and it costing me money instead they said this month will be back too R499 a month but yet again was charged R699 this is getting ridiculous now rain is *********** too do proper business
