I have two rain routers one for me thee other one for my parents different areas. It's been almost a month not having electricity and I called rain customer service to pause my router even gave them the sim card number but instead they pause two routes so it's been a Rollercoaster trying to call rain customer service to unpause both services until i spoke to Khanya Ngqoyiyana who was such a nice calm person he promised to help me and promised to call me back after the network has come back and indeed he did called me.
