I have trying to get my payment date changed for some time now but its been in vein.. everytime i call in or go on there website i keep getting the runaround.. now my payment date is set for the 25th and have been trying to get it to go off on the 1st of every month since my salary is deposited on the last day of the month which i have explained to rain on numerous occasions but my request are not taken serious..now that means for 5 or six days of the month i am paying for a service that is not active which i have explained to rain.. i am really disappointed in their service as every month i keep calling about the same issue but its not getting resolved. What are we to do because this seems to be a simple problem with a simple solution but we keep getting complicated answers everytime we contact rain
