I have to commend some very excellent and prompt service I just received from Rain, esp the consultant, Heather. She really surpassed great customer expectations. If somebody else had to call me I may have easily gone elsewhere. Thank you so much and I hope Heather is in for a handsome Xmas treat from Rain... Baxter
