I have recieved the route on the 26th up until today it has never connected and I have been told to wait for 24hours which I did,today I have been told to restart,move around and I have done all those things
I have recieved the route on the 26th up until today it has never connected and I have been told to wait for 24hours which I did,today I have been told to restart,move around and I have done all those things.Money has been deducted already from account yet route is not working .I am spending money to contact them because they do not call me back.

27 Mar 2024, 18:45I have been leaving my alternative number several times.Today I recieved a call but your consultant were so useless they keep on saying they are going to escalate the matter,matter that has been escalated on the 1st of March.I believe Rain is not that bad but your consultants knows are useless.Can I please have my money back
