I have received the worst service from rain, the call Centre is run by foreign people, there is no method of escalation and they are completely not attentive and there is no compassion for their clients I am unhappy with how my query was handled. Rain is quick to sell a product but poor to help customers, the Ai generated customer care center is unfriendly and has no personal touch.
