I have read numerous comments from Customers about RAIN, which were overwhelmingly good

I have read numerous comments from Customers about RAIN, which were overwhelmingly good. My experience have been far less than satisfactory so far. I waited longer than the prescribed / advertised 3 to 5 days to receive my router. Since activating the router I have NEVER had signal faster than 10Mbps and they sell it to you as up to 30Mbps...! I'm sitting 100m from a tower where I get 5G on my cellphone and tablet, with incredible speeds, yet RAIN is constantly below 10Mbps. I have logged this problem with them 20/08. I had to phone back 29/08 for an outcome. I did not get a solution, just another escalation. They also funny enough do not have a turnaround time for Customer complaints...!? Are they really as good as they claim???
