I have rain internet 5g which I did got it to ensure that I attended morning meetings and night meetings for trading ,however it doesn’t serve justice to my needs and I have been calling them about this matter that every morning around 7h30 am to 11ham I always have a challenge to connect while I having a meeting,and at night around 7h30 pm to 10h00pm always experience same thing. Also it’s difficult to access then over the phone because you will hang on for a while waiting for the consultant. When you got them it’s another long communication to sort out your problem. They have been promising to fix this issue for a months after I call them but there is no change but you can’t default from paying them and why do I have to pay them full amount while I am not getting full service?
