I have queried my billings since upgrading to 5G, R559 contract. In Jun I was billed R 927. July R 1058. I have sent numerous emails and only on the 10 August 2023, I got an email saying they charged pro rata. For what? It is disappointing that they are so unresponsive in attending to billing queries.
