I have ordered a home router in October 2023 and it was delivered on 21 st October 2023, the package has 3 SIM cards, two 4gs and one 5g, only 4g sims were activated, I have been asking to be assisted with the activation of the 5g sim still today there’s no help, I have been calling rain everyday and everytime I speak to a different consultant they all say it will be attended but still there’s no help, I have also sent emails for assistance but still no help, I have paid for this package. I don’t know what to do anymore 😢
