I have nothing but good things to say about Rain

I have nothing but good things to say about Rain. I have been a on and off customer since 2020. Never have I had a problem and if there was an issue it was resolved speedily and effectively. Today Mihlali Mtimkhulu was such a pleasure to be on the phone with. He help me in a very polite and professional manner, explaining what he was doing and why all the while. Within no time my new router and sim card is on the way. The only thing that I was not too happy with was that Rain had done away with their sim only option... but this was not a deal breaker due to the price not being ridiculous and the absolute flexibility Rain gives you.
