I have not received my home uncapped router yet but so far the customer service is really impressive the agents I’ve spoke to were so amazing, I forgot the First Lady that assisted me with information which made me later decide that I am going with the rain home uncapped wifi and also the lady that I spoke to when I was finalizing my order Amanda Mafrika was really nice and patient. Even the fact that I can schedule my delivery to the day I am available is just spectacular. Honestly I have nothing but good things to say about rain customer service thus far.
