I have not had internet for the whole week

I have not had internet for the whole week. I have called rain and spent more then tbe subscription fee on calls for assistance but up untill today. I have not been assisted. Iam told there is not turnaround time in fixing the tower that is down. My router is suppose to switch to 4g automatically but it has not all trouble shooting via calls have failed my only resort is to now cancell due to no assistance. Its not the first time ive had issues since my move to 5g its been a pain. Iam honestly enough now. Iam paying for services iam not recieving
