I have not had internet for 4 full days, every time i call i get an automated response that 'we are currently experiencing high volume calls' then told to press '1' if i would like to be called back

I have not had internet for 4 full days, every time i call i get an automated response that 'we are currently experiencing high volume calls' then told to press '1' if i would like to be called back. Even after submitting the request todate i have not had any agent calling me. I have tried getting help through the Rain app, phone calls, email, all to no avail. Its hurtful that i have to buy data when i am subscribing toward internet service provision. Rain is only interested in getting money from customers, but doesnt care about provoding the service that the customer pays for
