I have not had internet connection for 15 days and no one has a solution

I have not had internet connection for 15 days and no one has a solution. The call centre agents all wanted me to trouble shoot, one insisted I changed my sim card. I did that twice and still no connected. I have called Rain almost everyday, tweeted and no one has given me a clear answer to why I don’t have connection. Their advance department said they’d assist but the agent handling my case has not reverted back to me in two days. I am furious because they debited my account month end yet I still don’t have connection. No one has a clear solution on why I don’t have internet. It just went dead a random Tuesday evening and was never restored. I’ve had the worst experience with them the last few days!
