I have no network since yeaterday

I have no network since yeaterday. My rooter seems to ne faulty. 2 rain agents promised to contact me back yesterday afternoon. I also requested 2 sim swaps for the 2 extra sim cards last year july and i still have no received it. I have called and sent numerous request online but still h not received the sim cards. I am sitring here without wifi since yesterday and Rain doesn't seem to care at all. This has affected my work as i rely on wifi for my work. Their service is pathetic and i wouldn't recommend their service to any of my friends.
