I have made payment which they intentionally didn't debit month end, choose to go and debit from the old bank account which I already changed, last month they debited from capitec account but this time they went to discovery account which didn't have mone

I have made payment which they intentionally didn't debit month end, choose to go and debit from the old bank account which I already changed, last month they debited from capitec account but this time they went to discovery account which didn't have money, I then made payment and I knew they won't update it deliberately. Now I am experiencing network problems because of this mistakes they do.
