I have inform them regarding my network issue but everytime they say my matter has been put forward too the relevant people and a technician will phone regarding my issue

I have inform them regarding my network issue but everytime they say my matter has been put forward too the relevant people and a technician will phone regarding my issue. Its almost two weeks since i reported this problem i did all the soft and hardware solution they asked me to do but nothing work. I can even do my work properly. I m so disappointed in them and this is a wasted of time this network. I wouldn't even recommend this network to anyone at this present moment .
