I have had the worse service from rain ever

I have had the worse service from rain ever. My 5G router doesn't pick up connection for the past week, it's off and on. You call the customer service they say they will escalate the matter, nothing gets done. That's when they answer, half of the time they drop the call on you or just don't bother to answer. It costs me more money to call them. Oh and the reason they give is loadshedding, but in all honestly the tower can't have loadshedding 24 hours a day all week. The ****py connection happens all the time, but this past week has been ridiculous
