I have had rain 4g for quite a while and managed quite well with signal, data and connectivity. After successfully using the 4g for business, I decided to get a 5g account for home so my children can stream, play games and for school purposes. The 5g download signal was amazing but with a poor upload signal it was near to impossible to send emails with attachments. After struggling with consultants to understand the problem, constantly telling me to optimise my signal, I eventually got hold of Blaine in sales and explained my situation to him. I didn’t want to go the Fibre route but, unless the problem was resolved, I wouldn’t have had an option. Blaine got Whitney in technical to get in touch with me and ever since then, I haven’t had a single issue! Whitney had a technician come out the day following my conversation with her and an external router was installed which is really the way to go! Blaine and especially Whitney renewed my confidence in Rain and gave a superb service! I hope they are acknowledged and placed in positions that will positively influence the future of the company.
