I have had a rain router for several years,since they started actually, and have only had good service aswell as good after sales service from them. The few times there were problems it was due to external problems out of their control. We have several devices including laptops, tv and smartphones connected at the same time and they always work without a problem. I am a happy customer and would recommend them as a service provider.
