I have had 10 days of network dispute with Rain and 2 router changes and still facing the same problem

I have had 10 days of network dispute with Rain and 2 router changes and still facing the same problem.The router I have now is clearly refurbished and worse than the one I had before.It keeps cutting off and constantly rebooting itself.The agent that helped me was Jabu and she was awesome,but unfortunately Rain just doesn't take me seriously!
