I have called more that 7 times about my network that is not working properly, 7 different case numbers from 17 October, up until now no one has called me back as yet
I have called more that 7 times about my network that is not working properly, 7 different case numbers from 17 October, up until now no one has called me back as yet. I pay for a network that I cannot use

30 Oct 2024, 09:44I was supposed to be called back yesterday at 16h30, only received a call back from a very nice helpful agent. BUT STILL NOT RESULUTION. It is 09h44 and still NO TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT CALL BACK. This will be my 9th Case Number to get help from Rain.
