I have been without internet connection for 6 days

I have been without internet connection for 6 days. I have been phoning Rain numerous times. Sometimes they just put the phone down while we still busy talking. Other times they promise to get back to me regarding my issue but no one does. Some of them promised to escalate the problem to a different department, that department still haven't phoned me back. When they do phone me back they ring once and drop the line. They sent emails saying they tried to phone me but that is a lie. I have asked to speak to the manager, they seem to be unavailable. I had Rain in Cape Town and it worked like a dream. I even convinced my father and sister to get Rain. My husband wanted Fibre but him too I convinced to get Rain here in Jeffreys Bay. I am so disappointed in their service in Jeffreys Bay. I personally fell let down.
