I have been with rain since 2021 and aside from the small issues experienced at inception, I have had a smooth ride with them for over 2years and counting. Today I received assistance from a lady named Mbalenhle Tukuza, Reference Number: ***. She was amazing at assisting me, swift, she knew exactly what needed to be done and she made it such a pleasant experience for me as calling customer service in any organisation is a nightmare. Rain really has a GEM there and I hope this reaches her so she can continue providing the excellent service she gave to me.
