I have been with both Vodacom and MTN and they are completely unable or unwilling to solve my problems with their networks as their customer service is near non existent. On the other side of the coin Rain's customer care is always available in a matter of minutes of not seconds of calling them, the call centre agents are friendly and more importantly, knowledgeable. Rodney Naidoo in particular was brilliant. Now porting my number away from the mediocre lack of service that is Vodacom and MTN.
