I have been using Rain for over a year now, and I have never had any issues with their customer service, internet connection and and. However, recently I had been experiencing issues with my internet connection, and I am working from home. The requested call backs on the website? Ridiculous. They never call back. I then opted for the app, still a joke! I had to call more than thrice for assistance, when the call cuts? The agents never call back for assistance. It's a mess
