I have been using rain for almost 4 years now, but the past 2 weeks I have been experiencing network connection problems and when I call them for assistance they are telling different excuses till to date

I have been using rain for almost 4 years now, but the past 2 weeks I have been experiencing network connection problems and when I call them for assistance they are telling different excuses till to date. Its January I have to look for the new network service provider and that was not part of my budget . They are so unreliable 😭😭😭😭
