I have been trying whole day to get in touch with rain via the phone they have advised that they would call me back I have heard absolutely nothing this is very poor customer service I'm not happy about this at all

I have been trying whole day to get in touch with rain via the phone they have advised that they would call me back I have heard absolutely nothing this is very poor customer service I'm not happy about this at all . The wifi has been off as well I have tried to be in touch so I can know what is the reason and how do I make payment if it is payment but no call was made absolutely terrible I'm not happy
