I have been trying getting hold of a agent since Sunday, one agent phone me yesterday and we spoke for like 1 min tops the phone died and the agent never phone back, I have tried to call the land line butt it is just ringing and ringing the is just no answer, this is bad very bad, I have signed up for a deal on Sunday there was still no sms notification to say when and where my parcel will be delivered, this is just terrible, I can't understand that they want clients but this is the service they give
