I have been struggling with the link not being able to open for me to pay my account

I have been struggling with the link not being able to open for me to pay my account. However, this morning I requested that an email be sent out and that a consultant contact me for assistance. Within minutes a call come through and the lady on the other end by the name of Jade (hope this is the correct name) assisted me and was determined to make sure by the end of the call, I am able to pay even though it was a bit of a challenge on her side but she never gave up. She was able to assist and my internet services are back to working again. I have been struggling for some time with rain but today she went beyond and above. Thank you so much
