I have been struggling with router since beginning of this month, and sad part is that Rain is going debit my account

I have been struggling with router since beginning of this month, and sad part is that Rain is going debit my account. They sent a corrie to deliver at my place and I was not at home, the courier guy did not leave the new router with my helper. They arranged for today at my workplace, when they guy arrives here I didn't have the old router, the guy was told not to leave the router if I don't have the old one. I really wish they can just deliver at my home and hand it to my helper, because I work in another province, I only get home after hours, Rain wants to deliver o ly during working hours. This is really frustrating because they will debit my account with fuul payment and I'm not enjoying their product.
