I have been struggling with my wifi, have logged numerous complaints and have even contemplated canceling with Rain. But today the 16th of May 2024, I logged a call back and was assisted by Asanda, who was so helpful and patient and articulated the process and steps of Rain and assisted me. I was pleasantly surprised and she is the reason that I decided not to cancel my Rain month to month contract. She really was amazing. So I would like to thank Rain for having an employee like her.
