I have been struggling with internet service the past 5 days I called the office for as long as I experience this problem however using my phone to call the rain office, they don't answer calls it takes over 45min before it's answered and had to quit the call due to airtime. I called again today and same happened and finally Akash Chaudhari answered and assisted me with the issue, he was patient and understanding. However after several attempt trying to resolve he had to transfer me to technical support for further assistance for both rooter and sim cards, I waited for them for over an hour and had to cancel the call. This is frustrating. I'm so disappointed and even now am still struggling to connect my devices with router and sim card for cells phones are still not working.
