I have been struggling to change my bank account details and payment since September 22. Every month I would call and ask for payment link and request to be assisted to change my bank details but I was told to go to the app but today Refiloe was able to help me. I'm so happy right now to have meet someone who listened and understood my frustration and help me until we resolved my problem. It was not easy but she was patient and took her time to go through the step with me until we succeed.
