I have been reporting that I don't have internet connection since 5pm today and no one calls and still no connection

I have been reporting that I don't have internet connection since 5pm today and no one calls and still no connection. Please show us respect and resolve this issue

I was contacted regarding this issue few minutes ago, she started that the tower is currently down and the tower is the Nooitgedacht tower and that tower is always down, and far from me, the tower in cosmo city is 1km away compared to the Nooitgedacht tower which is 3km distance from me. Please keep me connected to the closest tower which is a 1km distance from me

Nooitgedacht tower is far and is always down, especially in the afternoon. Please do it manually and connect to the cosmo city closest tower. Please
