I have been logging calls for an entire week, no response and no internet even though the area is under coverage. Spoke with someone from their support team who said she would send an email to us to check if there was progress after a reboot, to which we could respond. There is still no signal or connection and upon responding to the email an automated mail was received that states the receiver will not be responding via that email address. Terrible service on both our accounts, would not recommend this Rain internet services for business or personal use.
