I have been having trouble with network for more than a month now, I called earlier today they tried helping me but I am still struggling with network

I have been having trouble with network for more than a month now, I called earlier today they tried helping me but I am still struggling with network. All the lights on the router are always on but I hardly ever have network, more especially after 8pm until 8am
