I have been having continuous challenges with Rain Networks and highly never recommend anyone using them

I have been having continuous challenges with Rain Networks and highly never recommend anyone using them. My contract was cancelled 2 days after I started which was the beginning of November and to date I am still waiting for them to pick up their router. Over and above, I received an email today stating that I will be billed on the 30th of December. I called and spoke to an agent named Lindiswa Feliti who stated that it was a mistake. Mistakes cost money and Rain is totally unprofessional as a service provider and feedback provision.
